Our 2nd floor studio apartment is recently renovated with a theme of neutral colors and curation of unique finishings. With the exposed white brick, beautiful upgrades and perfectly styled space, creatives can capture breathtaking photos and film. The 1300 sq ft space includes a living room, bathroom, king size bed and full kitchen.
About Us
LuxZuri is located in the heart of Downtown Rowlett with the convenience of shopping, restaurants and entertainment experiences surrounding. Situated just 20 miles east of Dallas on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard, this area is expanding exponentially every year. Access to multiple major highways like George Bush and I30 is convenient when having a special event in our studio. Experience a small town feel while offering the amenities of a larger community like Dallas, Garland and Rockwall which are just a short few miles away. This is the ideal location for an event!
